About Meliora NYC
Hi, I’m Melissa Robinson, founder of Meliora NYC.
I’ve spent my career in high-growth, high-pressure environments where there’s no clear playbook and a lot at stake. I work across strategy, operations, marketing, internal communications, and financial oversight, helping leaders cut through complexity and move from idea to execution.
I’m known for bringing structure and clarity to messy situations. When things feel scattered or stalled, I step in to prioritize, align teams, and drive progress.
I partner with founders and leadership teams who want both a thought partner and an operator, with a focus on scale, efficiency, and profitability.
Just as importantly, I do all of the above with a focus on creating healthy/happy teams who are empowered to give their highest and best.

Strategy and Operations
When growth outpaces structure, complexity compounds quickly. I work with founders and senior leaders to clarify priorities, align decision-making, and build operational infrastructure that supports scale — without slowing momentum.
This includes strategic planning, operating model design, crossfunctional alignment, and translating big vision into executable systems.
The goal is simple: direction that holds under pressure.

Marketing
Marketing should reflect the strategy — not compensate for the lack of one. I partner with leadership teams to clarify positioning, sharpen messaging, and align marketing efforts with core business priorities.
That includes defining go-to-market focus, setting measurable objectives, and establishing disciplined budgeting frameworks that connect investment to outcomes. The goal is coherence: what you say, how you show up, and how resources are allocated to drive meaningful growth.

Internal Comms & Exec Prep
As organizations grow, alignment becomes harder and more important. I support leaders in shaping clear internal messaging, preparing for high-stakes meetings, and communicating strategy with precision and credibility.
Whether navigating board conversations, team transitions, or organizational change, the focus remains the same: clarity, confidence, and steady leadership when it counts.
